The need for Digital Wellbeing

We have all seen the headlines about the rise of mental health issues and online harms affecting young people. While multiple factors are at play, there is one factor that we can all take action to address: taking steps to improve the online lives of young people through awareness and education. Maree believes that youth advocates, those who have a trusted relationship with young people, have a unique opportunity to support the digital well-being of children and young people. Reach out to Maree for more information about how you can get equipped to promote healthy and balanced use of tech.
